Job summary

M+C Saatchi Group in Dubai is seeking a Freelance AI Designer with a strong creative eye to blend design excellence with AI-powered tools. This role is ideal for someone who understands that AI is a creative enabler—not a replacement for great design.

You'll work alongside Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to develop compelling visual concepts, create high-quality key visuals, and bring campaign ideas to life.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand/visual design or art direction within an agency or in-house team.
• Strong understanding of composition, storytelling, and art direction.
• Proven ability to translate ideas into high-quality visuals using AI.
• Portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-generated visual concepts for campaigns, pitches, and client presentations.
• Create high-quality Key Visuals (KVs) using AI image-generation tools.
• Upscale, retouch, expand, and refine imagery using AI-powered creative tools.
• Generate multiple creative routes quickly to support concept development and client presentations.
• Ensure visual consistency across campaign assets and brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and wider creative teams to bring ideas to life.
• Prepare AI-generated assets for production teams and external vendors.
• Build, organise, and maintain prompt libraries and reusable AI workflows.
• Research, test, and implement emerging AI creative tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Apply strong design fundamentals, including composition, colour, typography, and visual storytelling, to every piece of work.
• Use creative judgement and art direction skills to produce presentation-ready visuals that meet a high creative standard.
