Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Proficiency in Python and strong software development knowledge, including APIs and software architecture.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Location: remote-first, UAE-based with preference for Dubai; English and Arabic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of major projects for strategic customers, delivering high-impact integrations.
• Collaborate daily with customers' engineers and executives to maximise value from ElevenLabs technologies.
