Job summary

HCLTech in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned AI/ML Operations Engineer to deploy, monitor, and scale AI/ML workloads across enterprise platforms. You will automate model deployment, manage CI/CD pipelines, and build dashboards for operational visibility.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, security governance, and collaboration with data scientists and business teams to productionise AI use cases in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML operations, MLOps, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Python, and Power BI.
• Experience in regulated environments, ideally banking/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and operate AI/ML solutions on Azure AI Foundry and approved platforms.
• Build and maintain MLOps deployment and monitoring pipelines for production models.
• Develop automation scripts in Python to streamline deployment and data prep.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerised deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Monitor workloads for performance, drift, and cost; resolve incidents.
• Build Power BI dashboards to track platform usage and KPIs.
• Ensure security, access management and governance across environments.
