Client of Pulse Media NL is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented entry-level file clerk to join our remote administrative and records management team. You will organize, maintain and update electronic files and business records, performing data entry and document processing.

No prior professional experience is required; comprehensive onboarding and ongoing guidance will be provided. Ideal candidates are computer-literate, able to follow instructions, and committed to confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Organize and maintain electronic files, folders and company records.
• Classify documents according to filing procedures and keep digital folders tidy.
• Upload, download and store approved documents in designated systems.
• Maintain document-processing logs and tracking records.
• Enter and update information in company databases and spreadsheets.
• Locate and retrieve electronic documents when requested.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy and proper formatting.
• Follow established document-handling and storage procedures.
