growtalent inc. is seeking a Remote File Clerk to keep digital and scanned records accurate, organized, searchable, and compliant. You will support multiple teams by receiving documents, validating completeness, applying naming conventions, and classifying files into the correct repositories.

In a high-volume environment where speed matters, accuracy and confidentiality matter more. You will maintain an audit-ready trail of when documents were received and processed, and help ensure retention

Qualifications

• Experience in records management or document control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow filing rules.
• Comfortable handling confidential information and strict procedures.
• Basic computer skills with file systems, PDFs, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Intake & indexing of files from shared inboxes, portals, and cloud folders.
• Apply standardized naming conventions and organize files into repositories.
• Perform daily quality checks for duplicates and misfiles, log issues.
• Support retention and archival rules and assist audits.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, Legal or Customer teams as needed.
