Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect – Asset Strategy Management & Reliability to design and implement enterprise architectures that optimize asset performance and reliability. You will lead pre-sales engagements, guide ASM/Reliability roadmaps, and ensure integration with ERP/EAM and IoT platforms.

Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT, run architecture reviews, and drive best practices for asset performance optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design for asset management and reliability.
Expertise in ASM frameworks, reliability engineering, and EAM systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.).
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and integration technologies.
Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
Asset-related certifications (CMRP, CRL, AMP, ISO55000) are an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-sales engagements to discover customer needs aligned to BH offerings.
Support RFI/Q/P responses from a technical viewpoint.
Design and implement enterprise-level architectures for ASM and reliability programs.
Lead solution-focused workshops during customer discovery.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives.
Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Drive integration of ASM solutions with ERP/EAM systems and digital platforms.
Advise on best practices for asset performance optimization and risk mitigation.
