Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to design enterprise architectures for Asset Strategy Management and reliability programs. You will lead pre-sales engagements, shape solutions, and integrate ASM with ERP/EAM and IoT platforms to improve asset performance and operational efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, 5+ years in enterprise architecture or solution design for asset management, and experience with ASM frameworks, EAM systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in enterprise architecture or solution design for asset management and reliability.
• Expertise in ASM frameworks, reliability engineering, and EAM systems.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and integration technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; English fluency required.
• Experience with SAP, Maximo or similar EAM systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales engagements to define customer needs and BH offerings.
• Support RFI/Q/P responses from a technical perspective.
• Design and implement enterprise architectures for ASM and reliability.
• Facilitate solution-focused workshops during customer discovery.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align with objectives.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure conformance to standards.
• Drive ASM integration with ERP/EAM and digital platforms.
• Advise on best practices for asset performance optimization and risk mitigation.
