Baker Hughes in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to lead reliability initiatives across a range of industries. The role requires guiding projects from inception to completion, mentoring engineers, and driving business development to deliver optimal client outcomes.

The position emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and delivering professional presentations while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic energy sector environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• 8+ years in maintenance/reliability roles in mining, processing, oil & gas, utilities or manufacturing.
• Experience in RCM / FMECA.
• Experience applying reliability methods and techniques.
• Experience in data analysis from multiple data sources and summarizing data.
• Experience managing projects with timelines, deliverables and budgets.
• Experience coaching a team and delivering presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• CRE and/or CAMA2 certification (highly desirable)

Responsibilities

• Apply a wide variety of reliability techniques across diverse industries and client organizations.
• Lead and influence fellow engineers; manage projects from start to finish.
• Act as advisor/coach in reliability methods and approaches.
• Engage in business development with ASM/APM understanding to identify optimal client outcomes.
• Lead by example and create options to achieve outcomes.
• Lead or influence teams of engineers and consultants.
• Apply broad knowledge of principles in reliability practices.
• Evaluate and adapt standard techniques and criteria independently.
• Work on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects.
