Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a DevOps + Go Platform Engineer to build and evolve an internal developer platform and CI/CD ecosystem. The role spans Kubernetes-based environments, on-premise and cloud deployments, including Windows/Hyper-V, with a strong Go development component.

You will own deployment tooling, observability, and IaC, collaborating across R&D, QA, SRE, and infrastructure teams to accelerate software delivery and optimize costs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of senior DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
• Hands-on with on-premise and cloud/hybrid environments.
• Production Go development experience.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise.
• Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Observability tooling like Grafana/OpenSearch/Prometheus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD).
• Maintain and improve multi-product infrastructure across environments (on‑prem, cloud, hybrid).
• Develop internal platform tools in Go, including a new deployment system replacement.
• Investigate outages, identify bottlenecks, and implement measurable improvements.
• Enhance staging/ephemeral environments for performance and cost benefits.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Strengthen observability with Grafana, OpenSearch, metrics, monitoring, alerts.
• Provide operational support and collaborate across R&D, QA, SRE, and infra teams.
• Work with legacy Windows/Hyper-V environments and modern stacks alike.
