HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in the UAE seeks a Dermatology Assistant / Aesthetic Consultant for a part-time, fully remote role. You will support dermatology and aesthetic operations, coordinate consultations, explain services, and assist with non-clinical patient-care activities.

The ideal candidate has strong skincare knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to provide accurate information while directing clinical questions to licensed professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred in healthcare/administration or related field.
• 3+ years in dermatology, aesthetic clinics, or skincare coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, nurses and clinical teams with non-clinical activities.
• Coordinate patient consultations and treatment appointments, follow-ups, and rescheduling.
• Welcome clients with professional, discreet support throughout their clinic experience.
• Explain approved skincare services and products under supervision of qualified professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient profiles and appointment records.
