Specialist Dermatologist – Aesthetic Medicine – Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Full‑time. This role combines clinical dermatology with advanced aesthetic procedures, providing comprehensive skin care to patients in a busy private clinic.

Job Details: Location – Dubai, UAE; Salary – 40,000–60,000 AED/month (subject to final offer).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and physical assessments for patients with dermatological and aesthetic concerns.
• Diagnose and manage common and complex skin, hair, nail, and pigmentation disorders.
• Develop personalized medical and cosmetic treatment plans according to clinical findings and patient goals.
• Treat acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, infections, pigmentation disorders, hair loss, and other dermatological conditions.
• Perform skin biopsies and arrange appropriate histopathology investigations when required.
• Conduct laser procedures for pigmentation, vascular concerns, hair reduction, scarring, and skin rejuvenation within approved clinical privileges.
• Perform chemical peels and other controlled skin resurfacing treatments.
• Administer Botox and dermal fillers using safe injection techniques and appropriate patient selection.
• Evaluate facial anatomy, skin condition, medical history, and treatment suitability before aesthetic procedures.
• Explain expected outcomes, limitations, risks, recovery requirements, and aftercare instructions.
• Monitor treatment response and manage complications or adverse reactions promptly.
• Advise patients on skincare routines, sun protection, preventive care, and long-term skin health.
• Provide structured post‑treatment reviews and adjust care plans when necessary.
• Maintain accurate consultation notes, consent forms, treatment records, clinical photographs, and follow‑up documentation.
• Follow infection‑control procedures, medication standards, clinical protocols, and applicable UAE healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, laser technicians, aestheticians, pharmacists, and other clinical professionals.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, patient‑safety activities, and departmental meetings.
• Remain current with developments in clinical dermatology, laser technology, injectables, and aesthetic medicine.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Completion of accredited specialist training in Dermatology.
• Eligibility for or possession of an appropriate UAE Specialist Dermatology license.
• Proven experience in both clinical and cosmetic dermatology.
• Strong competence in dermatological diagnosis and individualized treatment planning.
• Practical experience with laser systems, chemical peels, Botox, fillers, and skin biopsies.
• Sound knowledge of facial anatomy, skin types, aesthetic indications, and procedural contraindications.
• Ability to identify and manage complications associated with injectable and laser treatments.
• Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish realistic patient expectations and explain treatment options clearly.
• Confidence working in a busy, patient‑focused medical or aesthetic clinic.
• Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, confidentiality, and evidence‑based practice.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural healthcare team.
