Key Responsibilities

• Provide cosmetic dermatology consultations, assess patient concerns, review medical history, and recommend suitable treatment options.
• Perform aesthetic dermatology treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and anti-aging procedures.
• Advise patients on pre-treatment preparation, post-treatment care, expected results, risks, recovery, and maintenance plans.
• Deliver safe injectable and laser-based treatments while maintaining high standards of clinical accuracy and patient comfort.
• Stay updated with new cosmetic dermatology technologies, aesthetic techniques, product developments, and treatment innovations.
• Recommend appropriate improvements in clinic services, equipment use, and patient experience based on modern dermatology practices.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through clear communication, ethical advice, and a high level of service quality.
• Collaborate with plastic surgeons, nurses, aestheticians, and other healthcare professionals to provide complete cosmetic care.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant treatment environments by following safety protocols, infection control standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Attend conferences, educational events, and professional learning sessions to strengthen expertise in cosmetic dermatology.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, consent forms, treatment records, before-and-after notes, and follow-up plans.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree in Dermatology from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Dermatology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetic dermatology.
• Strong hands-on experience with injectables, Botox, fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and anti-aging procedures.
• Western education or Western professional experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills with a polished bedside manner and patient-centered approach.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with multidisciplinary aesthetic and medical teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, safety, and treatment planning.
