Qualifications

• Previous experience in data management, data entry, administrative support, operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with spreadsheets, databases, or data management platforms.
• Strong computer and digital skills.
• Experience reviewing and validating data for accuracy.
• Ability to handle large volumes of information efficiently.
• English proficiency is required if the position involves working with English-speaking teams or documentation.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, organize, and maintain data across databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Identify and correct data entry errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies
• Perform regular data validation and quality checks
