Job summary

Supy is seeking a remote Customer Training Specialist to own and productize the training program. You will design a structured curriculum, build a video academy, and offer paid training options for multi-site restaurant groups.

You will deliver live training across markets, both remotely and on-site, and develop a train-the-trainer framework to scale across brands. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in customer training for a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience building a video academy or structured curriculum from scratch.
• Strong commercial sense: explaining credits, paid sessions, and plans.
• Data-driven approach to adjust programs based on metrics.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Willing to travel for on-site training days.

Responsibilities

• Design a repeatable training curriculum for onboarding and post go-live.
• Build the Supy Academy with a video library on key topics like stock, procurement, and reporting.
• Deliver live remote and on-site training across markets, including paid sessions.
• Operate training credits, schedule sessions, and manage paid engagements.
• Develop train-the-trainer certification for multi-site brands.
• Report monthly on training revenue, adoption metrics, and time saved.
