Pasiflora AI LLC is seeking experienced Customer Service Agents for realistic, human-enacted conversations to support an AI data project. This remote, independent contractor role involves handling simulated calls, resolving issues, and producing high-quality audio for training speech-based AI.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, strong English communication skills with a U.S. accent, and reliable hardware.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving and issue resolution skills
• Native-level English fluency with a clear U.S. accent
• A computer, reliable internet, a headset or USB microphone, and a quiet place to record
• Able to commit about 15 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Take part in realistic simulated customer service conversations
• Respond naturally to customer questions, concerns and requests
• Resolve issues following assigned scenarios and workflows
• Record clear audio on the designated platform
• Meet your agreed availability and flag schedule changes early
