Job summary

Clipster is hiring a Campaign Manager to own campaigns from initial client conversation through planning, setup, launch, execution and reporting. You will work with clients and creators to shape strategy, briefs, and execution plans, ensuring high-quality campaign outcomes.

You will advise on structure, content directions, and performance-based optimizations, while staying proactive and collaborative in a fast-moving environment. Remote-first policy supports flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in campaign management, account management, or related client-facing roles.
• Experience with creator/influencer marketing, social media, or digital advertising.
• Ability to own campaigns from start to finish and translate client goals into strategy.
• Strong written and spoken English communication and proactive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign planning, setup, launch, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Advise clients on structuring campaigns for strong results.
• Translate client goals into briefs, creator requirements, and execution plans.
• Shape campaign concepts, content directions, and creator approaches.
• Coordinate with clients and creators to keep campaigns on track.
• Monitor performance and adjust campaigns proactively.
• Keep clients informed and deliver clear insights from data.
• Drive creator participation and overall campaign experience.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve workflows.
• Improve processes, templates, and internal ways of working as we scale.
• Stay flexible and own adjacent priorities as needs evolve.
