Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced bid managers to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will lead response efforts for public-sector solicitations, owning compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans with precise document craftsmanship.

The role offers flexible, remote engagement of 5–20 hours per week (or more), starting ASAP. Excellent written communication and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for public-sector opportunities.
• Owns compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans for competitive government solicitations.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for submissions.
• Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs and manage procurement timelines.
• Ensure compliance with solicitation requirements and competitive positioning.
