Vetcove is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinating with senior colleagues and driving campaign execution to meet timelines. You will generate detailed reports, craft narratives with data scientists, and educate clients on best practices while fostering long-term relationships.

The role emphasizes strong communication, analytical reporting, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable internal requests.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in account management.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Excellent time and process management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience developing client-facing reports with actionable insights.
• Experience presenting data analyses and partner business reviews.
• Ability to communicate client requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Interest in client relationship building and willingness to travel for events.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversight.
• Collaborate with the Senior Partner Account Manager on recurring client tasks.
• Project manage campaign execution to ensure all campaign requirements and timelines are met.
• Generate and analyze detailed campaign reporting and suggest optimization strategies.
• Work with data scientists to craft narratives and prove customer value through business reviews.
• Educate and guide new and existing clients on best practices and onboarding.
• Nurture long-term client relationships and strategic alignment.
