Ethos is seeking experienced public administration professionals to help train an AI model using government documents, memos, and presentation materials. The role focuses on producing high-quality policy briefs for agency leadership and interagency coordination, with attention to grant compliance narratives and reporting narratives.

We offer flexible engagement of 5–20 hours per week, fully remote, ASAP start, and a compensation rate of $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working within government agencies or public administration, with direct ownership of policy briefing memos and grant compliance packages.
• Strong command of public-sector writing conventions, rulemaking public comment procedure, and appropriations narratives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows in government settings.
