Qualifications

• 5+ years working within government agencies or public administration, with direct ownership of policy briefing memos and grant compliance packages
• Strong command of public-sector writing conventions and appropriations narratives
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Draft policy briefing memos for agency leadership and interagency coordination
• Prepare grant compliance packages and reporting narratives
• Produce constituent correspondence logs and status reports for programs and budgets
