Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced finance partners to support training an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This role concentrates on FP&A and corporate finance to forecast and model the impact on AI-generated outputs.

You will deliver rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models, producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memos. Flexible, remote, 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for a growing company.
• Track record of producing board-ready p&l decks and monthly flux commentary memos that finance leadership can present without rework.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Build and refine forecasts, financial models, and board-ready reports for AI workflows.
• Create variance bridges, driver-based operating models, and scenario sensitivity analyses.
