Job summary

Move One, Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Relocation Consultant to manage end-to-end relocation services for assignees and clients across the region.

You will oversee planning, coordination, and on-ground delivery, accompany assignees on home searches, school visits, and settling-in services, and ensure all activities comply with regulations and client expectations.

This role emphasizes service quality, documentation, vendor coordination, and timely reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the end-to-end relocation process, including pre-assignment, on-assignment, and post- assignment phases
• Personally accompany assignees for home searches, school visits, orientations, and settling-in services
• Conduct needs assessments as part of the service delivery, ensuring that each relocation plan reflects the assignee’s and client’s requirements
• Ensure services are fully executed, not only arranged, with accountability for results
• Coordinate closely with immigration and other teams to align timelines and ensure smooth transitions
• Deliver services in line with client expectations, contractual scope, and company standards
• Provide clear updates and communication to all stakeholders throughout service delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and system updates
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of services delivered
• Coordinate with approved vendors and service providers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of specific services
• Monitor vendor performance and escalates issues when necessary to maintain service standards
• Provide status updates and reporting to internal stakeholders and clients as part of service delivery
• Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and data protection requirements
• Represent Move One during accompanied services, orientations, and client interactions
• Stay updated on local housing markets, schooling options, and cultural trends to provide accurate guidance during delivery

The Relocation Consultant is responsible for managing and delivering relocation services for assignees and clients, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the relocation journey, across all serviced locations within the region. This role covers the full scope of service delivery — from planning and coordination to personal accompaniment and execution on the ground — to guarantee a professional, high-quality, and supportive relocation experience.
