Job summary

VerifiedJobs.ae seeks a Priority Banking/Private Banking Relationship Manager to acquire new high-net-worth client relationships and achieve revenue targets. You will drive sales across liability, asset and investment products while maintaining strong adherence to bank policies.

You will be conversant with the full PRB product suite, perform cross-sell, and refer business to other areas of the bank. Arabic speaking is required.

Qualifications

• CISI certification is required.
• Experience in Priority Banking or Private Banking relationship management.
• Arabic speaking is required.

• Ensure cross-sell and refer business to other areas of the bank.
• Be conversant with the full range of PRB Banking products and services.
• Meet targets on WM revenue, FX revenue, deposits and assets consistently month on month.
• Review account performance and provide recommendations to optimize returns.
• Comply with policies and procedures to protect the organization and customers.
• Supervise and guide a team of junior relationship/support staff to deliver targeted results.

Job Purpose

• Acquire new to bank HNI customer relationships satisfying the priority banking criteria through sales of liability, Asset and investment products
• To ensure cross sell and refer business to other areas of the bank
• To be conversant with the full range of PRB Banking products and services
• Meet all assigned targets on WM revenue, FX revenue Deposits and Assets consistently month on month
• Regularly review account performance and make appropriate recommendations for optimizing returns.
• Comply with the approved policies, procedures and norms to protect the organization's and customers interests.
• Supervise and guide a team of junior relationship / support staff to deliver targeted results.
