Corporate & Investment Banking Group

The Corporate & Investment Banking Group (CIBG) provides a portfolio of corporate banking services, including investment & transaction banking as well as financial market solutions. This sophisticated product suite is powered by efficient digital platforms and distribution channels. It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, large to mid-size corporates, and commercial clients (SMEs), and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Develop and support UAE-based outbound international business opportunities across strategic global markets.
• Build relationships with foreign embassies, trade missions, and government representatives to identify business opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and refer cross-border banking opportunities to Corporate, Wealth, and Investment Banking teams.
• Strengthen business flows and client acquisition across priority international corridors.
• Facilitate collaboration between external stakeholders and internal coverage teams to drive business growth.
• Support the expansion of international client relationships and market penetration initiatives.
• Conduct market intelligence and opportunity assessment to identify potential cross-border business prospects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and management of referred opportunities.
• Promote ADCB's international banking capabilities to key trade and investment partners.
• Contribute to revenue growth through effective opportunity sourcing, relationship development, and referral management.
• Maintain strong networks with government entities, chambers of commerce, and international business councils.
• Monitor trade, investment, and economic developments within target markets to uncover new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate banking, international banking and client origination.
• Experience in trade and investment facilitation.
• Strong track record of stakeholder engagement within banking or financial services and international relations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Relations, or a related discipline.
