Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai is seeking a client relationship manager to develop and maintain relationships with key clients within the credit card and banking space.

You will be the primary contact for inquiries, coordinate onboarding with the sales team, and identify upsell opportunities while analyzing portfolios for cross-selling. Adherence to regulatory standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in banking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to build rapport.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of credit card products is a plus.
