Job summary

Deloitte UK is seeking experienced ex-regulators to join a prestigious project based in the UAE, supporting the Central Bank of the UAE in fintech licensing initiatives. This is a 4-month contract opportunity to leverage regulatory expertise in reviewing license applications across Stored Value Facilities, Retail Payment Services, and Open Finance.

You will screen documents, conduct interviews, and communicate with applicants and internal teams.

About the Role

This is a 4-month contract opportunity to leverage your regulatory expertisein reviewing and assessing license applications in cutting-edge fintech domains including:

• Stored Value Facilities
• Retail Payment Services
• Open Finance

You will play a critical role in screening applicant documents, conductinginterviews, and engaging in both written and verbal communication throughoutthe application review process. Your insights will be vital in presentingfindings to internal stakeholders and coordinating with specialized departmentswithin the regulator.

KeyResponsibilities

• Review and assess licensing applications with a focuson innovative fintech sectors
• Conduct thorough screening of applicant documentationand interviews
• Communicate effectively with applicants and internalteams
