You will focus on payments fintech, crypto and digital assets across the UAE and broader Middle East, advising on licensing, cross-border issues and comprehensive regulatory strategy.

Qualifications

About the role

The role offers excellent exposure to a broad range of financial regulatory matters with a particular focus on the rapidly developing areas of payments fintech crypto and digital assets across the UAE and wider Middle East. The team advises financial institutions fintech businesses payment service providers digital asset companies and technology-driven platforms on complex regulatory licensing and compliance matters often involving cross-border considerations.
