The role covers the complete project lifecycle, from initial due diligence and technical reviews through permit acquisition, facility launch, ongoing operations, and regulatory renewals. This position serves as a bridge between engineering teams, business functions, external consultants, project stakeholders, and government authorities. The manager will help identify regulatory requirements early, prevent compliance gaps from delaying projects, and create repeatable controls that support faster and more reliable expansion. The role also carries responsibility for interpreting complex technical and regulatory requirements, maintaining auditable documentation, and advising stakeholders when projects encounter uncertainty or competing compliance considerations.

Key Responsibilities
