The position will help reduce regulatory delays, strengthen operational readiness, and ensure new and existing sites remain aligned with applicable technical standards. Success requires the ability to interpret complex requirements, coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage uncertainty, and build scalable compliance processes that support continued network growth across the UAE.
The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in compliance program management, governance, audit, legal, risk, loss prevention, or a comparable discipline, together with five or more years of program or project management experience. The role requires someone who can work confidently with confidential information and manage complex compliance matters involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Strong candidates will have experience defining program requirements, using data and metrics to identify weaknesses, and implementing measurable improvements. Experience in engineering, facilities, construction, permitting, technical compliance, or regulatory operations will be particularly relevant. A professional auditing qualification or comparable risk and compliance credential is advantageous.
