Confidential Careers in Dubai seeks an experienced Compliance Manager to support the Head of Compliance in overseeing regulatory compliance, KYC/AML operations, and internal controls within the financial services and forex industry.

You will ensure adherence to UAE regulations while strengthening the firm's compliance framework, lead onboarding, audits, and staff training, and partner with multiple departments to address regulatory risks.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, Audit, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of compliance experience within banking, fintech, consultancy firms, or forex.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, including SCA, DFSA, VARA, and Central Bank requirements.
• Solid understanding of KYC/AML, CDD, EDD, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily compliance operations, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage client onboarding, KYC/AML reviews, CDD/EDD, and risk assessments.
• Monitor transactions, identify suspicious activities, and oversee escalations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and international AML standards.
• Coordinate regulatory audits, inspections, reporting, and internal investigations.
• Review new products, business activities, and third-party arrangements for compliance.
• Maintain compliance documentation, manage conflicts of interest, and deliver staff training.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements across departments.
