Job summary

flydubai is seeking an experienced Compliance Auditor to ensure adherence to GCAA, IATA ISARPs, and flydubai-specific requirements. You will conduct audits across flight operations, ground operations, line maintenance, crew training, and safety & security within defined timeframes.

Role includes reviewing manuals, performing inspections and investigations, escalating findings, training new joiners, and maintaining audit checklists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Experience with audit management tools and processes.
• 7–9 years of related experience and certified training in audit and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts reviews of manuals and procedural changes to verify compliance.
• Performs audits, inspections, and surveillance per the compliance programme.
• Escalates non-conformities and ensures corrective actions are taken.
• Verifies corrective actions and analyzes root causes.
• Supports investigations in operations and training as an SME in compliance.
• Updates department manuals and audit checklists to stay aligned with requirements.
• Trains new joiners on procedures, audit practices and monitoring requirements.
• Presents findings and supports corrective action planning.
• Monitors regulatory publications for impact on Flydubai requirements.
• Supports third‑party inspections with evidence and response actions.
