Job summary

Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi seeks a Training Officer to ensure crew training adheres to national and international aviation regulations. You will collaborate with Crew Training to govern processes, reporting standards and governance practices to promote transparency and compliance.

The role focuses on audit readiness, resolving non-conformities and improving reporting capabilities through data analysis, shaping the continual improvement of crew training operations.

Qualifications

• Degree educated in Safety Management, Training Management, Compliance Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of operational experience, preferably in Training or Compliance in aviation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew training programmes comply with national and international aviation regulations.
• Maintain training procedures and data reporting for transparency and governance.
• Address audit findings and report to regulatory authorities as required.
• Develop and maintain training processes and workflows aligned with regulations.
• Design data analysis tools for accurate reporting and compliance monitoring.
• Monitor compliance with training regulations using data analytics.
• Support continuous improvement of training governance and reporting practices.
• Follow through on projects and tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
