Job summary

The General Civil Aviation Authority in the UAE is seeking an experienced inspector to plan and conduct aircraft operations inspections, define frequency guidelines and oversee corrective actions. You will prepare oversight checklists and perform inspections to ensure compliance with UAE Civil Aviation Law and NCASP.

You will review security aspects for certifications, contribute to national security programs, and maintain documentation and reporting in line with GCAA standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in aviation security.
• 3 years experience in a relevant function.

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day inspections and define guidelines for frequency and follow-up activities.
• Prepare oversight checklists and conduct oversight inspections to ensure compliance with UAE Civil Aviation Law and NCASP.
• Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support investigations of security incidents and violations; collect and analyze data for quality control.
