Job summary

AlFuttaim in Dubai is looking for a Compliance and SMS Officer to support both the Safety and Quality departments. Responsibilities

• Process aviation SMS reports, assess mitigation actions, and manage closure of safety actions.
• Conduct on-site audits and inspections across operational areas.
• Perform documentation reviews, updates, and revisions as required by SMS and QMS procedures.
• Provide administrative support for meetings including preparation of PowerPoint presentations and minutes.
• Promote a strong Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) culture across the company.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams.
• Support the Safety Manager and Quality Manager with additional tasks and initiatives.
• Assist with coordination and record-keeping of compliance documentation and safety reports.
