Mashreq is seeking a Government Relations Officer in Dubai to manage MOHRE and GDRFA transactions, Emirates ID and medical renewals, and visa processing via Tadbeer Center. The role requires coordination with government officials and strong compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Arabic and English, possess MS Office proficiency, and thrive under pressure while delivering timely results in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Polite and presentable demeanor required.
• Experience in PR, immigration, MOHRE functions beneficial.
• Pre-school certificate required.
• Bi-lingual with excellent command in Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on MOHRE and GDRFA transactions.
• Emirates ID and medical renewal follow-up.
• Coordinate visas through Tadbeer Center – deportation processes.
• Manage Chairman's car and related arrangements; maintain registry.
• Maintain MIS tracker for day-to-day tasks.
• Develop good relationships with government officials to ensure results.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
