Job summary

Tickmill is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead day-to-day operations in the UAE, ensuring efficient processes, regulatory compliance, and robust operational controls across the business in Dubai.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to optimize workflows, manage third-party providers, support audits, and drive initiatives that enhance resilience and scalability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a UAE-regulated brokerage or financial institution.
• Knowledge of MT4/MT5 and brokerage infrastructure.
• Certifications in operations or process improvement are a plus.
• Experience participating in regulatory audits and external inspections.

Responsibilities

• Daily operational activities of the brokerage.
• Client onboarding and account opening processes.
• Trade processing, settlements, and operational workflows.
• Coordination between Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and IT.
• Ensuring operational procedures comply with regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring operational risks and implementing process improvements.
• Oversight of third-party service providers and outsourced functions.
• Business continuity and operational resilience planning.
• Handling operational incidents, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Maintaining accurate operational records and preparing reports for management and regulators.
