Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Duties

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, legal regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety guidelines.

Adhere to ethical standards and professional nursing codes of conduct.

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute nursing insights to treatment planning.

Communicate effectively with colleagues during shift changes and patient handovers.

Support and mentor junior nurses, nursing assistants, and student nurses when required.

Emergency & Critical Care

Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies, including cardiac arrest, trauma, or sudden deterioration in patient condition.

Perform life-saving interventions such as CPR, emergency medication administration, and advanced life support within scope of practice.

Follow emergency protocols and assist in disaster preparedness and response initiatives.

Required Qualifications
