Info Resume Edge is seeking an experienced ER Nurse to deliver rapid, high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced hospital setting in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. You will assess patients, initiate treatments, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, a BSN or higher, and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS) with at least 12 years in emergency or critical care.

Qualifications

• Associate or BSN in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Active RN license in State/Region.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum of 12 years in emergency or critical care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care based on acuity levels.
• Perform initial evaluations including history, exam, and vitals.
• Administer medications and emergency interventions per orders and protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the medical team.
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and other professionals.
• Document patient information accurately in the EHR system.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment such as monitors and defibrillators.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and discharge care.
• Maintain infection control standards and a safe environment.

The Emergency Room (ER) Nurse provides critical and emergency care to patients in a fastpaced highpressure environment. This role involves assessing patients administering treatments monitoring vital signs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care. The ER Nurse is expected to respond promptly to emergency situations manage trauma and acute conditions and prioritize patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity levels.
• Perform initial patient evaluations including historytaking physical examination and vital signs monitoring.
• Administer medications treatments and emergency interventions as per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly report findings to the medical team.
• Collaborate with physicians paramedics and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment such as cardiac monitors defibrillators and ventilators.
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions discharge instructions and followup care.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment adhering to infection control standards and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuing education and emergency response training as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in State/Region.
• Certifications: BLS ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years in emergency or critical care settings preferred.
