Job summary

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

• Fluent in English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical emotional and social needs ensuring tailored care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately vigilantly monitoring for side effects and patient responses
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care strategies that enhance patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on health management empowering them with knowledge to make informed decisions
• Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Manage medical equipment and technology effectively troubleshooting issues as they arise to ensure patient safety
• Provide compassionate support in high-stress situations demonstrating resilience and empathy to patients and families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives contributing to the advancement of nursing practices and patient care standards
• Act as a patient advocate ensuring their rights and preferences are respected throughout their healthcare journey
• Stay current with medical research and best practices integrating new knowledge into daily nursing practices
• Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) to enhance emergency response capabilities.
• Experience in specialized areas such as ICU, pediatrics, or geriatrics, bringing depth to patient care.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus for diverse patient interactions.
• Strong technical skills with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical technology, ensuring efficient documentation.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to patients and families.
