Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, including ICU or homecare settings.
• Hold a valid registered nurse license for the relevant regulatory authority.
• Maintain re-licensure.
• Hold a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider card.
• Willing to work across departments when necessary.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patients' needs and implement and monitor the medical plan.
• Work with physicians and allied health professionals in various settings.
• Record vital signs and escalate abnormalities.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Provide wound care and assist in procedures as needed.
• Support patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Promote health and a safe care environment.
• Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives.
