Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and families about health conditions and offer emotional support.
• Assess patient needs and implement/monitor the medical plan; collaborate with physicians and other health professionals.
• Perform systematic patient assessment and re-assessment; document vital signs and address abnormalities.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects; perform life support as required.
• Support OSH and IPC policies; participate in safeguarding and professional development.
