Qualifications

• Have an appropriate license to work as a registered nurse in the relevant regulatory health authority and manage own re-licensure.
• Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card and be competent in all aspects of nursing care and emergency procedures.
• Be willing to work across departments, be on call when necessary, and communicate clearly in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care, educating patients and families.
• Assess needs, implement and monitor medical plans with the care team.
• Record vital signs and escalate abnormalities.
• Perform life support and emergency procedures.
• Prepare patients for exams, administer medications and monitor reactions.
