Job summary

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a patient-centered registered nurse to provide and coordinate evidence-based care in line with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing with valid BLS and ACLS certificates, and has at least two years of nursing experience in their home country; UAE experience would be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid BLS and ACLS certificates.
• At least two years of nursing experience in home country.
• UAE experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
• Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
• Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Desired: At least three years of recent or current experience working in an adult and paediatric intensive care unit

Desired:UAE experience would be beneficial
