Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols.
Continuously monitor patients’ vital signs, neurological status, and overall condition, and respond promptly to any changes.
Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, and other life-support systems.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist physicians during medical procedures and emergency interventions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, assessments, and progress.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Ensure strict compliance with infection control policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience in a hospital setting.
Valid nursing license from home country.
