Job summary

NMC GROUP SERVICES. is seeking dedicated nursing professionals to provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and families, and support medical teams in Abu Dhabi and related settings.

The role requires strong clinical assessment skills, lifespan patient education, and the ability to perform essential life support while maintaining high safety standards. A nursing qualification is expected for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Provide and coordinate patient care across settings.
• Educate patients and the public about health conditions.
• Assess patient needs and monitor treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health staff.
• Perform systematic patient assessments and reassessments.
• Record vital signs and address abnormalities.
• Perform essential life support per regulatory requirements.
• Prepare patients for examinations and administer medications.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care, educating patients and families.
• Assess and identify patient needs, implement and monitor medical plans.
• Work with a team of physicians and health professionals across settings.
• Perform systematic patient assessments, re-assessments and data collection.
• Understand and analyse assessment data to identify issues.
• Record vital signs, address abnormalities and escalate when needed.
• Deliver essential life support and manage treatments (BLS/ACLS etc.).
• Prepare patients for exams and administer medications as required.
