Job summary

NMC GROUP SERVICES is seeking a registered nurse to join our clinical team in the UAE. The post holder will uphold the NMC Nursing Mission, Vision and Values by delivering safe, compassionate care and acting as the patient’s advocate.

Essential: valid nursing license to work in the relevant regulatory health authority, maintain re-licensure, hold American Heart Association BLS, able to work across departments, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Have an appropriate license to work as a registered nurse in the relevant regulatory health authority with all the qualifications and experience these mandates.
• Manage their own professional re-licensure.
• Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
• Be willing to work across departments and On Call when necessary.
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written).
• Evidenced ability to work as part of an inter-professional team.
• Organizational and administrative skills with which to use the electronic medical record platform for clinical documentation.
• Be able to communicate effectively in Arabic

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to patients and uphold the NMC Nursing Mission and Values.
• Advocate for patients and maintain professional standards across departments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient experiences.
• Maintain licensure and re-licensure as required by regulations.
• Document care using the EMR system and ensure accuracy.
• Communicate clearly in English with patients, families, and staff.
• Be available for On-Call duties as needed.
• Contribute to a learning culture and continuous improvement.
