Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all office operations including facilities, health & safety, shipping, space, budgets, and real estate.
• Build and manage vendor relations; coordinate with property managers and subcontractors.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure space needs are met and business priorities are clear.
• Lead multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
• Identify inefficiencies and design scalable processes.
• Handle general admin tasks and last-minute requests.
