Job summary

Bridgestone MEA is seeking an experienced Training Manager to design and lead training programs across the MEA, CIS, and associated markets. The role focuses on upskilling distributor partners and Bridgestone teammates in sales management, leadership, and soft skills to drive performance and align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Business Administration, HR, Education or related fields.
• Certifications in Instructional Design, Coaching or Leadership Development are a plus.
• 10 years of experience in automotive training across sales or aftersales.
• Experience leading large regional training programs in multicultural environments across MEA and CIS.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership and Program Management: design, lead, and execute distributor training programs across MEA and CIS.
• Training Delivery and Facilitation: deliver targeted sales and product training to dealer partners and facilitate leadership sessions.
• Performance Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: measure training effectiveness and update programs accordingly.
• Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: act as single point of contact for distributor training communications and align with regional leadership.
• Systems Management: oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and support rollout of eLearning platforms.
