Job summary

L-Acoustics is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East & India (Rental) to drive premium audio solutions across a discerning market. You will build relationships with end users, rental partners, and venues, and lead strategic sales initiatives in a fast-growing region.

You will travel 35–50% in the MEA region, manage quotes and orders, and collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to showcase innovations and maintain strong CRM data for forecasting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales in commercial Audio/Video or integrated systems.
• Experience with channel management of systems integrators and distributors.
• Regional experience across Middle East & India; willingness to travel 35–50%.
• Bachelor’s degree in business is a plus; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Champion the L-Acoustics brand across the region and represent the company with professionalism.
• Strengthen territory coverage by nurturing relationships with end users, rental companies, and venues.
• Deliver sales objectives in the Rental market and manage orders/backlog with accuracy.
• Empower partners and distributors and maintain reliable CRM data for forecasting.
• Organize product demonstrations and support regional marketing events.
• Assist in budgeting and provide executive-level reporting on visits and market trends.
• Collaborate across Sales, Applications, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
