Job summary

Kostiv Cardinal International LawGroup Corporation in Dubai seeks an Operations & Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and oversee regional operations across the Middle East and India. The role combines operational leadership with strategic growth, traveling to India and other locations as needed.

You will meet clients, conduct consultations, coordinate with U.S. attorneys, log inquiries, track conversions, and collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management, business development, or similar leadership.
• Fluent in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.
• Willing and able to travel internationally.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and leads to understand goals and introduce services.
• Coordinate with U.S. attorneys on questions and client updates.
• Oversee Middle East and India operations, including staff and workflows.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and investments.
• Lead and supervise regional staff, set goals, and review performance.
• Represent the firm at events and meetings; travel as needed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on inquiries, consultations, conversions, active cases, and team performance.
